First, I have been a long time customer there. But when I bought a 6 foot pool hose that was defective the manager of the store wanted to charge me $4.30 back for using store credit on the original sale. All I wanted was exchange for a bad part to a good part. I doubt that anyone will read this but there it is

They recommend a pool cleaning guy Tony to take care of my pool. It’s being two months since he got paid for the job and making excuses about being busy. He is not returning my money or installing the parts that he got paid for. Got paid in advance because he said he is coming back in an hour that day to install them and that instead of having two separate bills, he can just put all on one one. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with tony and Leslie pool place needs to stop distributing his business cards and help him stop looting people. He also did nothing but put a $30 chemical in my pool, had me run the pump for 4 days to clear out and charged me $300 for that alone. Another guy said it’s $80 job. I am pressing charges and recommend to not do business with this fraud. Thanks

My wife and I went to Leslie Pool Supply to purchase a hot tub and a cover for our pool. We needed the hot tub delivered but couldn't get a solid answer on getting that done. I received a call a week later stating that they would have another company deliver but it would be an additional charge, but by the time Leslie got around to answering my question, we had already purchased a tub from somewhere else and had it delivered and installed. I wish we had purchased our pool cover from someplace else as well. We had nothing but problems dealing with Leslie Pool. The pool cover changed price every time we talked to them. We paid in advance for the cover on December 5 with the promise that it would be installed by Christmas. At the end of January we had called a number of times and received a number of excuses why it wasn't installed yet. There was no communication with us or the manufacturer. The only reason we finally got results was because we had the charge removed from our credit card. A manager called and got involved. Phone calls with him were aggressive and uncomfortable. We did finally get the cover installed in February but we will not ever do business with them again due to the unreliability and rudeness of the staff.
