I was the victim of a violent crime a decade ago. I called to have the protection order updated. No one has called me. Which is greeaaattt after they cut him a deal for 8 yrs vs what he was facing. Wouldn't recommend being victimized in this county.

I was arrested and put into custody because my ex girlfriend made up stories that after 3 months they dropped the charges because she was found to be less than credible.

My ex husband quit his job in july to don't pay child support. Said in his statement he got fired, then he admitted he quit ,then said he never got the court order, show up in court claiming he is sick without a doctor note. And he got a few more months from the judge to get a easy job, and great news from July until he decide to get a job his child support is 0. I'm disable and Latina with a Latino kid, my ex an American, So at the end I will closed the case there is no way I ever gonna get a penny for my child. . I'm sure this court will give him more time to find an easy job, between the police , the legal system, there is not much hope for a Latino kid other than after finish his education move to another country where his background and the color of his skin won't be an issue ..

The people who work in these offices are wonderful! Always very helpful always willing to go the extra mile and very patient with people! The workers in the clerks offices are not allowed to give you any kind of advice of any kind and people think they're rude that's just not true. The legal aid office is so helpful just make sure you get there before it opens otherwise you may not be seen.

Yes, they plan to reopen on Oct. 23, 2017
Hopefully they will be closed until they find judges and law enforcement that can detect child abuse
That depends on what you are trying to stop. Check the Court website for common forms and filing instructions. Sonoma.courts.ca.gov
They should be listed online...
My sons being sentenced can I get into the courtroom?
Good luck!
Call Fast Track Attorney Service, They will get them for her and email her a copy. If she need certified copy FT will mail them to her. Or if she is local stand in line outside the court house and put in a copy order if over 10 pages. They are way behind just to give heads up. Kathy at FT is very reasonable she work for the courts for 30 years. 707 528 8663.
Yes, if you a not lawyer, just a private citizen you can file them at the courthouse. All lawyers must E-file.
I think you want to go to the Superior Court not family court
The Court, I'm assuming you're talking about the family law division on Cleveland Avenue, has never taken phone calls after noon. Your best information is always the county court website, not Google
Cleveland address.
Yes they have the forms you can fill out there

Call the clerk's office. They can look up the judgment to determine the copying cost. Then you would mail them payment and a return envelope. They may also have to pull the file from storage first given the date, unfortunately that is another fee.
Pay fines before they arrest u
No
No
There is a $10 minimum on credit cards.
You have to go through security, i would say no later than 1pm just to be sure because the lines can be extensive at that time

CMC are held in the court room your case is assigned. If it is a civil case check the court website tentative rulings the day before to see if it is continued or changed.
