They were so easy to work with and so nice. Very professional. Rental market is tough but we were able to find one and secure it after selling our home. We waited 2 weeks to get in but so happy with it. We are very pleased with our home. Thank you for all that you do!! ❤️

This place is horrible. Would not recommend renting from them. They try to charge you for stuff that was clean when we moved out. They dont even deserve a star. We had the owners of the property walk through with us when we moved out and they said it was fine. Then willow canyon turned around and tried to charge us for stuff that was cleaned. Shady business and no one in the office is trustworthy or honest. I went in to talk to manager and they said he was not available and then when i could hear him in the back talking to another employee. Good luck if you rent with them.

They like to take advantage of people who can't fight back. They think they can get away with it because they have a monopoly on rental properties in the area. When I lived there, they took months to send maintenance to fix problems with appliances in the apartment (my refrigerator was leaking, which was due to a plate at the bottom that had literally rusted through, and they took months to fix it, I had to fix the toilet myself with the help of a neighbor, etc). They closed maintenance requests without actually resolving the problems. When I moved in one of the screens was missing and my lease stated that it would be replaced "as soon as possible," but it was never done. I moved in the spring, and then when I went back (in the fall) to ask about why it hadn't been replaced yet despite maintenance requests they told me it "wasn't a priority" in fall or winter and would have to wait until spring. I had to use my hour lunch to go meet them at the office because of their limited business hours and multiple times they weren't there during posted hours. Once I moved out, I had to call them every day for a couple months to get my deposit back (they're legally supposed to send it within 30 days) before they finally admitted that it was "lost" and I hadn't cashed it. They couldn't provide a date that they had mailed out the "lost" check. They refused to answer their phones unless I called 20 times in a row and I still have an email in my out basket that they haven't responded to asking for pictures of the blinds that I supposedly damaged. I could go on but this post is already obnoxiously long and I think other people have covered it more succinctly.

Helped them rent the place as I was leaving they said everything was good and that I would get my check for my deposit in the mail within 30 days. Then when nothing showed called them about it and then they sent me a huge bill in the mail and refuse to give me my deposit back. I would never do business with this shady company ever again. I am a disabled ARMY Vet and this is how you treat people its just a shame people like this exist.

1. Go to willow canyon properties web site. 2. Select/ Click on the TENANTS tab. 3. You will see 2 boxes select the one that says DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. 4. Then they will email you an account activation link so you can get signed up.
Where exactly?
