Splendid place to relax. Volunteers were nice and helpful. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Forget about the airline VIP clubs. This place has it beat. Snacks and beverages are free. WiFi is awesome.

Although you have to leave security check and head to terminal 1 on the RED LINE on AirTrain (if at another terminal) it's definitely worth it! There's a quite area,TV area, lounge area, comfy couches in the rest area, and even a gaming area with video games and gaming chairs. There's lots of complementary tasty snacks and drinks provided to guest. They also have phone chargers one can barrow while at the USO! Thankful USOs exist when there's delayed flights!!!
