Visited after enjoying their cheese at Cedar Crest Lodge, and very glad that we stopped! Bill and Sheri obviously love what they do, and they do it artfully. Their range of cheeses are incredibly edible-highly recommend the Skyview Prairie and Jalapeño Gouda.

We purchased some of their Skyview Prairie and their Jalapeño Gouda at the OPKS Farmers Market today- and OMG it is ssoooo good. We will have devoured it all by the end of the day. Love this cheese and it’s nice to see this a small local family farm that makes it. If you haven’t tried their cheeses yet - it’s worth the the drive out to their farm or to the OP Farmers market!
