There is a gentlemen that works at this location that has a real smug condescending attitude. Talks with a Latino accent (not the problem I too speak español) Not only that he’s really slow at his job and finds ways to waste time on every transaction reweighing packages that customers already weighed and Pre purchased labels for to make sure he can squeeze every cent out of the customers. When your package is off by an oz his eyes light up like he just won on a T.V. game show and would it hurt to smile once in a while?

I go to this post office every now and then. It is my favorite post office except for one thing—one of the employees. There are usually three clerks, including two males and one female. The female and the male other than the one name Michael are always friendly, patient and helpful. However, the one named Michael is the last person I would do business with. He is always rude and inpatient. As a matter of fact, he is the most terrible clerk I have ever seen in any facility or institution. I guess he hates either the customers or his job. He is always glaring at the customers when they come up to him. His English is poor, even though this issue is not what makes him disturbing or upsetting. Sometimes he even snaps at the customers very rudely. He rarely makes courteous remarks such as “sorry,” “please,” or “would you...,” etc. In one word, he is the meanest clerk I have ever seen, and I wonder how this guy could find a job in such an intensely competitive commercial society. If I didn't take the guy into consideration, I would definitely give five stars to this post office.
