So I took my car in for a shop called easy fix. I got charged 19.00 for them to tell me that my key was stuck in ignition. This is the reason I took it in and already told them that. My car was suppose to be done but had to call and was told a party did not come in. Waited for the next day called again and was told they were working on it and it should be done by the end of the day. No communication other then me calling them and still no car. Was finally told the tech broke a part inside the inner tube and they were fixing it. This was after I picked my car up at 6:40 p.m. just to have to return it by 7 pm because key did not come out. Car was there for a week when I was finally told I could go get a rental car. Went to pick up rental car and there was no car for me. Finally told them to give me my money back and put the part back in I would take it elsewhere. Well funny that night I get a call my car was fixed. The steering wheel is cut into and looks bad. There is a rattle in the dashboard and my brakes started screeching. Was told I could get a refund but when I went to pick up car and refund the machines were down so no refund. I will never take my car back there even though I'm sure they messed something up and they have a guarantee I still refuse to take it back. Just a warning for all who have a issue look elsewhere. I should of gotten a refund and not had to feel bad about asking for my money back.
