I had “The ultimate Bacon” cheeseburger on a gluten-free bun with a side of cold-slaw it comes with chips but it’s fried in the same oil as other non gluten free items. So I opted out. Great customer service family friendly atmosphere

I read the reviews before going to this restaurant and should have listened to the warnings. I will NEVER go back to this awful establishment. I stopped in with my husband and 2 young children. The waitress was somewhat short with us and seemed annoyed the entire time we were there. When we received the bill the price of the kids meals were $6.99 as opposed to the $5.50 I am certain was on the menu. My oldest daughter ordered the English muffin pizzas with no cheese. She did not receive a side, just 2 halves of an English muffin with sauce for $6.99! My husband went to pay the bill and questioned the price difference. The waitress suspiciously thumbed through the stack of menus and showed us that the price was $6.99. We paid our bill, not leaving a tip however, due to the discrepancy and the waitress demeanor. Our waitress proceeded to follow us to the parking lot as we were walking out yelling at us, in front of my 2 very young children, for not leaving her a tip! To the best of my knowledge there is no law requiring me to leave a tip and it is left to my discretion. I then walked back inside the restaurant to talk to a manager about this and walked in on the waitress telling her manager, in front of other customers, how my husband had told her to go “fuck herself,” when he said NO such thing!! I asked the manager to come over and started to tell my side of the story. The waitress began to literally YELL at me in front of other customers and her manager, while the manager just stood there still and quiet. When I asked the manager if she was going to let her yell at customers her response was “I’ll talk to her later.” Later?? This woman had no business being a manager if she felt it was appropriate for a waitress to follow her customers to their cars yelling at them and then yell at them in front of other customers as well. At no point was I apologized to for her behavior. I am appalled at how I was treated at this establishment and absolutely will not ever give my hard earned money to such unprofessional wait staff. I am sorry she was upset she didn’t get a tip, but that was no excuse for her inappropriate behavior.

We been there many times already. Food is great. Never disappointed. They make the best fish and chips ever. Had it at many places so far they make the best. Not greasy really fresh good portion. We just moved here and was referred by family. Very clean including rest room and the kitchen that i could see. Went today "chef please do not reheat your chips" Cold and steel. First time we had it like that. My complemt to the chef for all the other times we been there. Also tried the Italian fantastic

Great time with the family staff was amazing portion size was awesome everything tasted great. Will definitely be back
