They are now advertising rents for 2 bedrooms for $2700 to $3200 or more a month. A one bedroom will cost you $2300. Absolutely ridiculous! The attorney general should be notified of this place. They don’t even respond to inquiries about affordable rents or their available units at all. Guess they only cater to the wealthy?? Towns are actually required to have a certain number available of affordable rents to potential residents. I can’t even.

My experience living at Saybrook Station for the last 9 months has been nothing short of STELLAR, especially in comparison to the previous community in which I lived. The common areas including the pool, double outdoor California Kitchen, fitness center and Clubhouse are all modern and very well kept. What you see in the beautiful photos is most definitely what you get, there is no gimmick here. I cannot say enough about the staff who work here... Jeff on maintenance is great! There was an issue with my range when I first moved in, but rather than fussing around with it trying to make it work, he was at my door wheeling in a new one within an hour of my call. Kalyn and Ryan in the office have also been very kind and helpful on the occasions I have called. There is an outside company that tends to all the grass/landscaping, and they are onsite a couple times a week making sure everything is tidy. Although I have seen some reviews of people complaining about pricing, you get what you pay for, and Saybrook Station is no exception. I cannot think of a better place to live on the CT shoreline.

A 1 bedroom apartment for 1900??? Are you for real? Is this correct? Please inform us as to why your inflated prices are justified...even in this high rent area that’s just insane. And I can guarantee you they have empty apartments galore and if they don’t yet they soon will.

Oh yes. They are definitely pet friendly. We have two cats. Other people have small to medium sized dogs. They have leash free areas, trash cans and bags around, and dog toys sitting in the main office area even for when you visit the office.
