Have had my scooter for almost a year and I had a couple issues but they handled them quickly and were very accommodating. Just bought another one for my wife and got the same great service.

This store will not repair any scooter. If you purchase it from them, then they might repair it. I could not get anyone to pickup in the Essex location. I did call the other number and they were extremely rude. I would not suggest using them. Unless you love dealing with rude employees.
