I had come here about 6 years ago for a girl scout Easter egg hunt. There I met a woman with the first name Helen. She had a thick accent and was very kind she also had Alzheimer's. She took me to her room and showed me her memories. Turns out that she was a holocaust survivor and she told me her survivor story. Her story has been in my memory ever since then. She told me that she would remember me and to visit her. It's important to remember those who went through these kinds of things as they are a part of history. I just need to know if she's okay, and if she's still there.

This review could not be easier to write, Westminster Terrace has been amazing. 9 years ago we had to make a difficult decision, we had to find mom a place to live, somewhere that she felt welcome & safe, & somewhere we could trust to be patient, kind & understanding. This wasn't something we were going to rush into so we took our time, & for 5 months we scheduled visit after visit with assisted living facilities around Orange County, some were nicer than others, some more expensive than others, but none more welcoming than Westminster Terrace. I know first hand what a tough call this can be, balancing care for a loved one & a budget, unfortunately for us & many others it comes down to "how much care can I get for this much money?" & that's what you're stuck with. I can tell you that Westminster Terrace has far exceeded our expectations, & I could easily write several paragraphs on the staff alone, but I will keep this short, we sleep better every night knowing mom is getting great care at a place that has shown us nothing but love from day one, & for that we will forever be grateful.

My father has been a resident in the Westminster Terrace community for over a year. The location, room design, cost of living, and the staff were very important when we selected his new home. I know most of the staff by name and they have always been extremely friendly and helpful. During the pandemic, they kept me up to date on any issues or CA rules that would affect my dad. He was kept safe and we were excited when the dining room opened again for all residents. My dad has made quite a few friends at Westminster Terrace. It feels like a family community since the staff and residents look out for each other. I have a little less stress in my life knowing my dad has a great home at Westminster Terrace.

The rooms are nice, especially with the huge window and sunbeaming in. My grandpa seems to like it here, he even verbalizes he does. From what I see, they treated him well these past few months. Will update if any changes occur.
