Went there today I always get legs only from this place this rude lady said she can’t do that today I asked for the manger she refused to get eh manager. This place is a disgrace. Can’t believe I have to argue with someone rude making 8 bucks an hour at a drive thru. Time was 530 pm find out who was at the drive thru and speak to that person immediately very impolite person!!

Popeyes seems to have a common characteristic in all the ones we visited in Flushing Queen,s, Hampden Connecticut, Denver Colorado, Orange County California and finally Ninuet New York, all within the last 2 week: Horrible customer service, never getting the orders correct, even after going over the orders several times with the employees taking the orders and finally, mediocre food to add insult to injury, that in most cases waiting up to an hour to receive. I personally will never set foot in another Popeyes ever again!!

Worst service. My mistake was going inside to order. Usually driveway is faster. I had 3 people in front of me. I don’t mind waiting but I waited 15 minutes just to not get my order taken. The problem is that once it was my turn to order the girl went to her manager and left to the back. The manager should take over and make sure everyone’s order was taken. But no. I tried the driveway but a whole conversation was happening. I ended up leaving without anything after being there for 20 minutes.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and French fries and what i got TOOK MY BREATH AWAY! Instead of getting my sandwich and French fries I got CHICKEN NUGGETS AND COLESLAW. I went back inside of the restaurant and they laughed in my face and told me they did not care and that they could not refund me BECUASE I ATE IT ALL! Even though I ate all the food they still should give me a full refund. I am extremely mad and I am thinking of taking this matter to court if something doesn’t happen soon.
