Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

We enjoy Papa Murphys but this particular location is terrible. While we were there the employees appeared quite unhappy, there was a worker coughing all over the kitchen, the signage wasn't placed in the store like all other locations we've ever been to, it looked half closed half open, they weren't running specials, which seemed wierd for a Papa Murphys & when we checked out the final total was incorrect. Ordering was so spastic, erratic and difficult that we weren't interested trying to work through a correction because probably would have been a nightmare... The store seems VERY mismanaged and the quality of customer service is extremely low.

Not greeted at all. Was treated like a inconvenience. When I had to point out that my cowboy was not customized the way it was ordered and written on the ticket that accompanied it. I was met with attitude and my pizza was remade without so much as a word but plenty of attitude. Customer service from no name tags was definitely lacking. No sorry bout that, no have a good night, nothing. Treated with complete indifference. I'll take my money elsewhere where there's actual customer service. Also they're charging 6$ for a half filled salad.

Horrible!! Ordered ahead of time and was still waiting another 20 mins for them to make my pizza - the boy at the register was yelling for people’s names as soon as they walked in and then responded with a “what” or “I can’t hear you” in a very annoyed voice. With how fast (lack there of) they were all working no wonder they are behind. Then the older man working let the entire room know that it “was 5 o”clk and he’s not staying any later he already told them “ Very unprofessional the whole experience

Umm I asked for pizza not crust, the people working today and now obviously don’t like there jobs or even care to do a good job…
