Never showed up on my move out day even after they confirmed date and time. Left 2 senior citizens to fend for themselves. Shameful

We organized First Class through U-HAUL and they were scheduled to come and help us move. We were in contact with them prior to the date and verified the time. We rented a U-Haul truck as well. They never showed up! I tried contacting them, and so did U-Haul, and after 2 hours of their expected arrival time I received a text saying they were probably running late. Not a way to run a business when people are depending on you.

Booked them through u-haul.com. I rented a 26 foot truck for an interstate move and needed help to load the truck. I ordered 2 guys for 2 hours. 3 guys showed up and worked with amazing efficiency. 2 brought boxes, furniture and outdoor equipment to the truck, one packed the truck. When we unloaded the truck, everything was intact. Thanks for a great job with a great attitude. Would use again.

We used First Class Movers to pack our U-Boxes for a cross-country move. Anthony and Jay were friendly and professional from the very first moment. I had some questions about the process and they were courteous and very patient with me. Moving is stressful and they put my mind at ease right away. We had some items of sentimental value and they made sure that everything was wrapped beautifully and secured safely. We cannot believe how quickly they completed the job and, we sure had a LOT of stuff to deal with! We could not recommend them highly enough! If you are planning a move, you will not be disappointed if you hire this company. Thank you for making the process so easy and affordable. And thank you Anthony and Jay for making it SUCH a great experience for us. You are awesome! First Class Movers is the perfect name for this company!
