Horrible customer service. I was in town last weekend and went to vacate my storage unit. I was not able to access my unit because the keypad was not working. There was a paper sign stating that the key pad was broken but that the bay door was open. I drove to the bay door and was still not able to access my unit. There was no visible door with keypad to enter premises. I called the office and the woman who answered was not knowledgeable about how to access my unit. I had to leave without getting my belongings. I called the office on Monday and spoke toTheresa and explained my situation. She was not sympathetic at all and actually seemed very annoyed. She cut me off several times while I was talking. I asked to receive a phone call from corporate office or a manager and I have still not heard from anyone .

Teresa and her husband have been the most courteous organizers. They not only helped my roommates and I set up our space for the summer but also called ahead to let me know if my payment was late. Would highly recommend this to college students looking for summer storage !!

Absolutely one of a kind!! We run a hospitality company in New Haven and consistently have the best experience here because of the service we receive from Teresa, the manager, and all of the staff. Facility is always clean and so organized. We use storage units all across the country and I have never seen a facility run as professionally as this one, and with such superior service. Would recommend to everyone and especially to any business owner/company.

StorQuest New Haven is a wonderful storage facility with a range of unit sizes and very affordable prices. The staff are friendly, professional, and supportive. Upon expressing interest in getting a storage unit, I was given a tour of the facility and shown multiple units. You have the option to reserve a unit without having to put a down payment or deposit down. They have multiple dollies and doors/entry points that allow for easy move-in/-out. If you have questions or concerns, staff can be reached in a timely manner. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I can't recommend them enough!
