Clean gym but it gets pretty crowded. I would rate it higher but I went in to put a hold on my husband’s account but we still get charged for his membership each month. Frustrating! At the time I asked for the hold on the account, the front desk employee told me she put the hold on until November 2022. She failed to mention the 90 day rule.

It’s a nice gym. There is all the equipment you need, it’s clean, and it’s always in working order. However the only down fall recently is it is so packed it’s hard to even get on a machine you need during some of the busier times of the day. I assume it’s due to the free membership for kids during the summer they’re doing. Hopefully after summer it goes back to being reasonable, until then I’ll probably look for another gym.

The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced in my life (and I've worked within customer service my whole career...retail and medical). 5 people standing around the desk and nobody was able to give me a tour, or help me sign up for a membership (they watch you use the mobile app instead...talk about lazy and entitled). I decided to cancel my membership.... then all of a sudden nothing can be done on the mobile app. You have to go in person and sign the cancelation (crooked business practices that only tailor to their needs). You have to use in person options, no way around it. They only care about securing their payment versus taking care of members. I'm happily going to pay more per month at another gym versus dealing with Planet fitness.

Way too hot inside. Why not turn down the temperature to 65 degrees? Encourage people to actually work out to stay warm. If people are cold, they can wear a sweater. For the people that are there to have a real good workout, we get far too hot and there is nothing we can do about it. Start catering to the people actually there to work out. Not to the people there that walk a 20 minute mile on the treadmill or to do five steps a minute on the stair stepper.
