First time coming to this location and I ordered through drive-thru and my food was great but the original frozen chocolate I ordered tasted like peppermint chocolate. I went inside to get a new one and they made it with no problem but I’m not sure if they clean their blender because my new beverage still tasted like peppermint chocolate.

Ordered a large coffee. Paid $2.57 for the coffee. Got to work and saw I was given a medium coffee. Last week I ordered a donut with my coffee. Was asked if wanted a 2nd donut for 81 cents. Went for it and ended up paying full price for both donuts. Not going here anymore.

Normally this location is always great but today looked like a disaster. No communication between the staff, a lot of staff standing around on what appeared to be a busy morning. I ordered 10 chocolate munchkins and received 8( this is basic math). A young woman with very long braids were not properly secured and I witnessed her braids getting stuck on cups and the front facing ice coffee tap handles( very unhygienic) no manager presence... I also witnessed a few guest walk out due to the incredibly slow service. Also a staff member holding up the line at the register to have conversations with her co-workers in the middle of your morning rush, not good.
