HORRIBLE!!! Save yourselves the misery and do absolutely all that you can with your insurance to avoid this hospital. Beware of the maternity center which is a complete disaster. "Federal regulations", "mandates", and so called "laws" are the terms they are using to mistreat, abuse, and neglect patients! They will force new moms to wait long hours without attention in triage!! They will leave you unmonitored in triage for hours when you could potentially be in labor or are at risk for complications. My family has had the worst experience with this hospital. We have had 2 births there, thank goodness my relatives survived this atrocious place. They send high risk pregnant women home under unsafe circumstances! One of my poor relatives had to go back continuously and practically beg to be admitted. They DO NOT care about the patient or the baby. It is so sad, they will risk a baby's life time and time again. They blame COVID, and as I stated before the "law" however they are putting patients and baby's lives at risk! They have put our relatives and their babies at risk more than once! I thought it was just one bad experience, but now going through this second pregnancy it is the same. Worse even! Do all you can to advocate for your birthing mama. It's really scary!

I wish could give the hospital 0 stars. I am very upset at the way we was treated last night 06/15/22. I brought my baby there as she was wheezing and coughing very bad. The doctor on duty that night was no help it was like she got tired of me going to the front letting her know my child needs to be seen now, she having a hard time breathing. None of the ppl at the desk showed no concern.Saying they short staff. I know they was a lot of patients that needed to be seen but this is a baby they should have not put her condition on hold. The only reason I brought my baby to this hospital was because she was born there. We checked in at 4:40pm and wasn’t seen until almost 10:00pm. As my child was seen her vital signs was low. I will never return to this hospital again cause things could have went another way. I’m very upset at the type of services I received last night. I asked to speak to someone in charge but they never came and talked to me. So if your child is sick don’t bring them here.

Services provided to me in ER and on floor were outstanding. Doctors were helpful too. I did not like being poked by needles and constantly being awaken for blood draws and blood pressure checks. But good for analysis of my condition. Thanks to services at Pomona Valley Hospital and staff.

This is THEE BEST hospital experience I’ve ever had!!!! They were so joyful! And they served me and my baby well! I came in for bleeding, and I bled so much! They were focused, they were unified, and they were thorough. They were reasonable and allowed me to walk out my faith! They didn’t force anything upon me and allowed me to make my own choices! This is the most respectful team I’ve ever had, and this is my 4th pregnancy!!! They prioritize well, and even though it was uncharted territory they really fought to help me to feel comfortable, and to serve me the best they could to do a VBAC after 3 c sections! They were really about the safety of me and my baby, yet open and willing to give me exactly what I was believing for! I’m really thankful for this team! They have changed my mind about hospitals, and the LORD has used them to heal my heart!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

You can get the proof of birth there because you sign as the parent but the legal birth certificate itself is something you have to pay the state controller to receive by mail or pick up at one of the state offices.
