I've just wanted to say this for a long time, Ms Jacquie is a angel sent to earth and she is so Caring and Wonderful that words really can't do justice for her. I've only experienced Good things while living in Groton and I am so Pleased to have met Jacquie. I believe that Ms Jacquie works Really Really Hard and she is fair and compromising for what she has done for people. I'm just Truly Grateful to b here and having a chance to live so close to the river. Thank you

I have been looking for a place to live for a while now, to get our of my current situation and was looking into Groton Townhouses because of all the good reviews. I'm happy to report that their application process is so easy and Jacquie was very helpful, even though I kept calling after hours (my work schedule sucks) . It can be hard when you have to do business between 9-5 - but Jacquie was so accommodating to my needs. Great person

I was just reflecting on the value of when my children and I lived here. Its one thing to live somewhere. Its another to reside in a community. My children and I have such great memories. Building massive snow sculptures in the court. The tree lined streets in the fall of bright orange, yellows and reds. The employees that treated the residents like family. Good memories.

A Home and A Community. This place is great. We were looking at living here a few years ago, but ended up going someplace else resulting in a slumlord. Wish I moved here 8 years ago when I first had the chance. Glad to be back and in their newly done apartment! Clearly they care about their tenants here because there has been so many changes in the past few years! They are constantly upgrading and renovating the exterior so when you drive home, you are happy to turn onto the street. Lots of community involvement projects that make it feel like you aren't just a renter. Cool place, sweet neighbor, and awesome landlords. THEY LISTEN!
