Please. Don’t do it. Don’t waste your time with IERF. Listen to this review and all the others. I am now empathetic (and join) the reviewers who left a total of 2.6/5 star rating. I now understand why out of the only four (4) evaluation agencies in California, IERF were the only evaluators to receive under 2.7 stars whilst all the others achieved over 4.5 star ratings. I have wasted almost six (6) months in back and forth emails with this “evaluation” company. I kept redirecting them back to documents and information that was already sent to and received by them. It is their job as the evaluators to EVALUATE the information provided to them. My university even prepared an additional supporting letter to confirm all of the information that was already provided (and that still was not enough!). Even my UNIVERSITY (AUSTRALIAN!) and teaching department are in disbelief by the incompetencies displayed by the evaluators. Use ERES, A2Z, IESCAREE. ANY**** other agency. Time is a precious resource, one which I am not able to get back. What I have and can pass onto other prospective consumers is experience… If I can save anyone from the wasted time and heart break, I wish to do so. I could go on and on but that would mean I that I would be wasting more time on this company. IERF. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Will be posting this on every online review platform that I possibly can. Edit: i still have not received my evaluation after almost 6 months. If I could rate IERF -5/5 stars, I would. *Can someone please start a class action/lawsuit against this “business”???? The amount of reviewers expressing the same negative experiences is grounds for any sort of legal response.. right??

Their support team is always very prompt and helpful in their responses of their services as I keep requesting to send my evaluated credentials to various certification requirements.
