Be wary, room rental scams direct you to this service and then ghost you. Somehow they are getting paid to have fake listings and string you along until you sign up for this service. The call only cancels and limited customer service hours are one of the ways to stop you from canceling after signing up. The reason they do not offer a free trial and instead it is a one dollar trial is so they have your information to then charge you the $30 a quarter for nothing in return.

I think they are thieves they have neen taking money out of my account for months ive asked them several times to cancel the account they never do im going to call a lawyer i guess dont trust them

Jocelyn (customer service agent fielding my call June 1, 2022) was inconsiderate and callous. I called in about my billing matters - and it was beyond obvious that she was not concerned at all about customer service. Her supervisor did get on the phone and fix this issue - which was related to something very personal and out of my control - but to be spoken to this way by Jocelyn was pretty surprising and personally I feel it is the reflection of the Company core values to have them trained in this manner.

As a former customer this company will steal from you. They’ll double charge you, say they will refund it and charge you again. I 100% ask you find better options. 0 stars ⭐️
