I work in customer service and honestly this was Worst Experience of my life I called , only to be answered by someone saying hello Sebastian then put on hold for eight minutes when they found out I wasn’t Sebastian… after someone finally picked up asking what I needed I asked if they could help me find my refund because the websites they provided (two websites) were not working . The lady named JENNY was the one who answered also extremely rude the moment she answered the phone . After helping me for 2 min I’m being told “I need to put you on hold because I have someone on the other line waiting to make an appointment with.. I call back to speak to a supervisor and transferred over to explain my situation , now that I’m super upset no one wants to help me… after explaining to the lady on the phone she says “ seems like you’re more upset you have not gotten your refund , we are very swamped so maybe be a little more patient next time” …what a freaking joke . I’ve never been treated like this nor have a supervisor not even apologize for the situation and assumed the worst in me by saying that… AND on top of that I filed my taxes with them on the 16th only to find out the guy that helped me do my taxes decided to file them on the 19th 🥲😅 really unsure how that happen … but I will most certainly never be wasting over 240 dollars to be getting my taxes done here Ever again. Thanks for Ruining my day Jackson Hewitt 👎🏻

Tax Pros and other office staff are required to wear face coverings, our offices adhere to social distancing protocols, and offices are cleaned and disinfected daily. If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you don’t have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you don’t have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.
