Great and friendly people. Very detail oriented with great expertise. I made an appointment and had me in later that afternoon. The only problem I had was deciding on type of coffee I wanted while I waited. I recommend the shop to anyone with any repair, service, or modification needed. Having a pleasant experience when getting your car fixed is far and few between. That said, getting my brakes fixed at Monro Auto Service in Cheshire CT was by far the most surprisingly delightful experience I've ever had while getting my car serviced-- I am 100% satisfied with the work they did and how I was dealt with. I would like to give an extra special thanks to Mike M as he went above and beyond, to say the least, and was very professional. Also, not only was he was thoughtful and knowledgeable but my car's breaks haven't ever felt so good-- that's peace of mind that's simply priceless!
