I had an appointment at the dmv office today to register my camper. Appointment only because of covid. This was a wonderful experience! No waiting, no crowd. Wish it could be like this all the time! The woman who helped me was kind , helpful, and friendly!

They are by appointment only right now. Nothing on the website says this and you can't get through on the phone lines. I just happened to cross paths with an employee on her way out the door who graciously gave me an appointment for the following week. I think we could do better here folks. Update the website, make it easy for people to schedule appointments online, put a sign on the door that says "by appointment only" and get a phone system that welcomes your customers with the important information so they're not wasting valuable time trying to get essential services sorted out.
