I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could! Discovering a burst hot water pipe in an interior wall was very stressful. After getting an emergency plumber to repair the pipe, I researched and then met with a couple of water restoration companies. It was no contest to choose Fire & Water Damage Recovery and I'm so happy I did. Arlen, my project manager was great from start to finish. He explained everything and provided a detailed estimate which he sent to my insurance company after work was completed. His team came out the next day and work during the entire process of moisture/mold remediation. They were experienced, professional and courteous in answering the many, many questions I kept asking! I highly recommend Servpro of Monterey park to anyone who is in need of these services.

The last rains caused water to get into our living room. Serve pro came out immediately, accessed the situation and came back the next day after the rain stop to work on the house immediately. Everyone was friendly, courteous and extremely professional. They worked incredibly fast and clean. Thank you for helping us during such a stressful time.

Our son’s room had a leak and it damaged the whole ceiling. They had to replace the ceiling and wall. They communicated well and updated me during the process. We have a small back house and did not have extra room to store all the furniture from the room, and they took care of it. We were told it will take 2 weeks to be finished but Francisco and his team were so fast they finished it faster than schedule. Best of all they did an awesome job on the repair just like a brand new room! We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone.
