Brought my 2014 Ford Escape in for a set of new tires. The gentleman at the counter, Sonny, was awesome and kind, helping me pick out the best tires for the car. Unfortunately it seems the installation didn't go as smoothly as hoped. The service techs had struggled with getting the lug nuts off, and the solution with 1 lug nut was to use a hammer to break it free. Good idea, except for missing and smashing right into the alloy rim, causing a huge chip! It seems a breaker bar should have been tried first! Good tires and help from the front desk, but can't say the same for the service techs.

3 other tire shops told me that they were booked at least 5 days out. The asst mgr Kevin squeezed me in and I was in and out super quick. Also he accidentally gave me the wrong change. I was holding my son and just stuck it in my pocket and probably would not have noticed but just as I was getting my son into his car seat Kevin came out and gave me my correct change. The mistake was no big deal at all but what impressed me was his integrity and honesty. In a world that is full of people who are constantly trying to get over it was refreshing to not only get great service but also to come across an individual who is not just a true professional but more importantly is a good person as well. I would highly recommended this Mavis. Everyone from the manager, to the assistant manager all the way thru the building are professionals!!!
