I've been living here for almost seven years nowadays I don't like the the rules or the policies and I feel that just because cussing that staff or security may be a violation of the lease I still believe it is ridiculous to even say that if the situation doesn't get better then I will be looking for another place to live no matter what happens

My buddy lives here so I am here very often. I can't say it's the best place to live in downtown but have seen a lot worst. There is a security guard upon entrance and a security coded door so that provides something to feel safe once inside. Outside can be sometimesquestionable although I cannot say I have ever had any issues. The residents I've encountered also seemed friendly. Many pet owners which is a plus for me. There's a laundry room on the second floor and some renovations happening so I might guess good things are in the works.

I’ve been here for almost 2 years. I absolutely love it here! Management and Maintenance are very friendly and professional. I love that there’s 24 hour security and a laundry room. So convenient. Lots of entertainment and lots to do in DTLA. Very affordable and my neighbors are nice & quiet ,everyone keeps to themselves pretty much. It’s not the Ritz Carlton people. Don’t expect it to be. It’s a roof over your head. Be thankful.

Frist you need to eather go to a get in touch with with a hub cousler Social worker they could help you with it a lot better than ain't could or if you are a Vetern then go see wone of the V. A. Social worker that they have at the V A. Hospital. That they have working for us all the time. If not then go to the Main office that the SRO has on 5th Street you will see a park on the coner on the left as you come up the wone way that 5th Street is if you're driving that is when you see the park take a left and go in to that brick place that looks like a motel right next door to the park go in to were the desk is and tell them would like to see social worker that they in there and they can help you with it as well. Ok or if you are walking down 5th Street and you come to Conner at end of the park turn right and stay on the right side the first place you will see go right in and do as I just told you to do .
