I highly recommend going to Taylor Kia of Hermitage if you are in the market to buy/trade! We had the pleasure of working with Monica and Don! Monica is very easy going, has a wonderful personality and very funny and she listens to what you are looking for and works with you to try to do what she can to help you out. Don has always been one of the very best ever since we started going to him to buy our vehicles! He doesn’t try to haggle you and just throw you into anything just to sell a car like some dealerships do. Don did everything he could to help us out in anyway possible and even when it seemed like things weren’t going to work out he found a way to make it work! When we don’t think things will work out Don comes out to find out what it is he can do for the costumer to ensure we are getting what we can’t and nothing less! After purchasing our Equinox Monica hopped in the back seat and went over all the feature and the buttons we weren’t sure of. Trust me when I say they go ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers! This is our 3rd time buying a car from Don (he’s the sales manager now) so this purchase and our last purchase he was overseeing the purchase and this is our first experience buying from Monica and I don’t even know if I have enough good things to say! We will continue to go to Monica when we are ready to trade again!
