Our dog is expecting puppies and we are so nervous and had so many questions! To say Ivy was helpful is an understatement. She was amazing!! She answered all of our questions and more with so much detail!! Even more than our vet!! She got down on the floor with our dog and told us to stop back and let us know how everything went and that she wanted to see pictures of the puppies! We talked for 45 minutes and she probably would have talked to us for another hour if we had more questions! She was that thorough, caring, attentive, patient, you name it! Ivy is our girl!!

I just don’t understand how this store even has animals. What kind of pet store sells sick animals and says that they are active and in great condition. I have had multiple people tell me that this store also just throws away sick animals in the dumpster when they don’t feel like taking care of them. Hearing this from currently employed people, past employees that worked there, and people that have found animals in their dumpster. It makes me sick that this place still has not been shut down. I will never shop at another pet supplies plus.

Never taking my dog back here again. Came in for a simple wash, nail trim and sanitary trim/paw hair trim. First off, it looks like all they did was barely wash and dry him. They trimmed the very noticeable hair by his feet and that’s about it. His nails are not taken care of. The worst part was the absolute ridiculous up charging they added for these nonexistent services they preform, and getting to the checkout counter and realizing the grooming special advertised at the check out counter was not discussed or offered anywhere in the actual salon portion, but offered more for over $20 less than what I was charged. They told me the groomers worked off commission, but this is an unacceptable way to go about getting commission. Absolutely horrific bussiness practices, do not recommend.

This is our local Pet supplies stop for sure ! They are always so nice and some of the employees even get to know your pet's names! Can't beat the deals they have for online pick-up either! Five stars :)
