My Mom went for an outpatient procure today. The staff and Dr. Shabanie were fabulous. They were caring, attentive, and exceptionally professional. Our most sincerest appreciation to all.

Horrible, just cant get it right with getting patients seen. 45 minutes still not seen just to get registered let alone be seen. Radiology this time. You can hear each patients problems discussed on registering, not confidential. Same excuse as with doctor appointments, short staff. Just excuses while there are two employees sitting right there in check in not doing anything.

Horrible experience with Radiology. Anytime you want to schedule an appointment you can anticipate a wait of at least 10 minutes on hold, and once I did get an appointment they called me a day before to reschedule. Unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time. Will definitely avoid having to deal with them going forward.

Went in today for per-op tests. The EKG lab did an outstanding job! The radiology lab did an outstanding job! The blood lab was a total mess up!! The person who checked me in misplaced my orders. When one lady who came in after me was called back, I thought well maybe she didn’t need blood drawn. Then a man who came in after me was called, and I thought something might be wrong. Then when a third person was called back I walked back at the same time to ask what was going on. The person who checked me in tried to say I must not had given her my orders. When I objected to her trying to make her screwup my fault she said she would track down my paperwork. It was of course there, she had put other paperwork on top of mine. They then drew my labs, but I am not sure they did everything that was ordered, because I lost my confidence in their abilities. As a result of having to sit in the waiting area for about 20 unnecessary minutes, I had to pay $3 for parking because I was 6 minutes over the complimentary one hour!!! I can’t believe I am the first person for this to have happen to. Obviously, this lab needs to improve the training and transfer of information from the check-in window to the technicians, and the person who does the check-in could own her mistakes.
