TEN 🌟!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Hardwood floors in our new home needed some serious TLC...neglected and stained from pets. From the moment I called, everyone was responsive, helpful, professional and A-Mazing. Scheduled our job quickly. Finished quickly. Grade A work. Crew was on time and did a great job everyday. Brian gave daily updates and communicated with us through the whole process. The floors are superb. Cannot believe it's the same floor. DO NOT HESITATE...CALL TODAY. I promise you won't regret it. THANK YOU BRIAN & CREW 😍

I can't say enough how much I valued their work. The price was right, the work was great, on time arrival, my floor was only 6 years old but white washed faded and never right. If I knew it was going to look so great when it was complete I would have done it a lot sooner. So worth it! I have a couple homes so I hire many workers and this group is top notch! I have written maybe 3 reviews in my life. That is how much I liked their work and appreciated the job they did, I am going out of my way to say Thanks!

Brian arrived at the location in less than 12 hours. He sent pictures as the work progressed all the way through the finished product. The old wood floors in the house which is 100 year old were matched in depth and stain. The price was superb as well as the service and work. Definitely give Brian a call he is worth it.

After getting multiple estimates for the replacement of our wood floors, I came across the only wood floors website. Quick, responsive and efficient, my wood floors were refinished(and parts replaced) at a reasonable price! The work is top notch, my floors look fantastic and I would not hesitate to hire them again. I can give my recommendation without hesitation.

Can I put tape on my wood floors?

Never put tape on your hardwood floor. That means any type of tape, blue tape, green tape... just no tape. The tape package may say it's safe but try getting them to pay to have your hardwood floor refinished after the tape pulls up the finish. We get about 5 calls a year asking how to repair the floor where the tape was and why did it pull up the finish. It's almost impossible to repair and I still can't explain why tape that is supposed to be safe pulls up the finished. It seems to only happen about 30% of the time you just don't know which time. It doesn't matter if its a prefinish floor out of the box or a floor that was finished on sight two weeks ago or two years ago. I've seen the tape pull up the finish after only being down for an hour and not pull up the finish after being down for a week. You have a 70% chance that the tape will not pull up the finish but once it does, you are looking at refinishing the floor to make it right again. So I say NO don't use tape. Sorry

How do I clean my wood floors?

There's a right way to clean floors, and there's a wrong way. Too much liquid can damage floors, while the wrong formula may not work. Look for pH-neutral, non-toxic and biodegradable formulas to clean effectively and keep your home and environment safe. Use a washable microfiber pad, which will remove bacteria and keep waste out of landfills. Clean your hardwood floors regularly. Any grit left on the floor can scratch the finish off the wood and dull the surface. Use a mop and slightly dampen it into equal parts of white vinegar and water. Good hardwood floor cleaners are the wet Swiffer, Bona, Dura Seal, Armstrong, and Bruce. Mortal enemies of wood flooring are water, grit, and sharp objects.

Do I have to move out of my house when having my floors refinished?

The quick answer is no, you do not have to move out. The biggest pain is the noise from the sanding machines. Everything will have to be moved off of the wood floors. We have a few clients that move their mattress out in the morning and back in at night so they can sleep. The highly commercial grade finish we use dries within two hours and you will be able to walk on it.
