They could not understand me when I called into their call center,, it was a pretty big deal had to call back and then when I picked up my 2 pizzas they gave the store the wrong name on the order.. I always hate to give a bad review this was one of the times😓

It was ok Self serve if you eat in, brought our bread sticks 20 minutes after the pizza. Only plastic forks, how can you eat pizza with plastic? Probably won't go back to eat in.

my pizzone was over cooked. It was a very dark brown on top to the point of burnt on the ends, The cheese on top was crunchy. You Should make sure to pull it out on time or remake when you see it is way overcooked

Ordered via app and at checkout I was told that the stuffed crust pizza was not available at this site. Ordered something else and that particular crust was sold out at this site. I have more frustration with the app then I do with the location on East High St. in Middlefield, OH. They are polite and somewhat friendly. Once I finally am able to order a pizza it is always so good.
