Three out of four people did not know the sizes of drinks. 4 years ago I told management there they had no hook in the ladies room for purses there is still no hook in the waiting room. My food was good once I got it through the person taking my order what I wanted. The food was also hot in the drink was very nice. Today, August 3, 2022, dining room was closed... No sign on the door indicating so. The two people working in the Drive-Thru really did a good job considering around. Person who made the sandwich didn't get it right the first time so we had to go back around and they did a good job the second time around. Had today was diet sparkling water or iscees. The person taking the order was very nice even though she was stressed because of the situation.

I was told by a manager (Paul-who is no longer at this Burger King) on April 17th, that I was credited $10 at this location the next time I came by. I tried to use said credit 2 months later in June(I don’t eat out in this area very often which he said was fine) and the current manager said they would not honor the credit because Paul was no longer there and even tried telling me that I was wrong and that he had not been there in over 3 months. Won’t be going back.

Inconsistent food, continually screwing the customers but taking there money anyways. I showed up for breakfast and ordered an eggnomous burrito. They told me they had not thawed there large tortillas. Instead offered me two smaller burritos for the price of the eggnormous one. I received two small pitifully small burritos which made the value burritos look more appealing. The next time I decided to try again, I ordered the same burrito and received a bacon egg and cheese burrito. No sausage and nothing “enormous” about it but the price and tortilla. Still charged for a product I didn’t receive. Then my son decided to work there because clearly this Burger King needed some quality workers. After the second day he quit claiming that it was unsanitary in there and vowed he would never eat there again. Besides how the food is prepared (falling on the nasty floor, picked up and still served it to poor unsuspecting customers. Some pregnant and nursing😳) The more concerning issue is the employee that wears adult diapers, who pooped in it, and management not only allowed but encouraged the employee to continue handling and preparing food for customers WITHOUT going to change and clean up. I know Middlefield is limited on fast food options, especially with the other famous food joint being remodeled, but safety is a bare minimum requirement for food. Add poor ethics, and workers. This place should be shut down.

Came in and there was a mix up with our order and the manager Keith was amazing!!! He was so helpful and got everything fixed for us super quick. I was super surprised because it was during lunch time and they were packed. Definitely one of the better burger King's I've been too!!!
