Fradulate charges were made on my credit card through this company! There is no number to call. Only email, which is terrible. They give you the run around. If it wasn't for bank reimbursing me I would be out hundreds of dollars. I habe nothing nice to say about this company! I would never purchase anything through them. Know you will have trouble if you do!!!

Under no circumstances should you order from this company. Truly awful. I have literally been working 3 months to get access to my locked account and they will not respond to you via email or anything else. I can't emphasize enough how poor their service is. They have NO phone number, and what I assume is some off-shore poor individual taking all the support calls (good luck even getting a response). Update: It took a while (several months) but someone did finally reach out to help. I will say it was appreciated, but my experience had soured me on really discussing it any further.

Just terrible, do NOT order from them, lost packages, no phone customer support and the online support is terrible! I submitted a request for a refund for a failed delivery and got a response related to redeeming loyalty points. Totally amateurish. I used the MacWorld Shop version, and just a bad overall experience, site glitches and when you click to track a package, blank page. Just not good all around.

I ordered airtaps from stacksocial and unfortunately the product that arrived in the mail did not work. However, I reached out on the support tab on their site for help and they GAVE ME A FULL REFUND! I was given an option by their support representative (for a replacement/refund) I took the refund. They were VERY helpful and my problem was resolved in a matter of days. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. The prices on their site are unbeatable. Thank you guys!!! You really outdid yourselves. **I uploaded my evidence of a refund under "PHOTOS"** UPDATE!!!! I got a package in the mail and they sent me a brand new pair of headphones after my REFUND! It came 2 weeks after my original review. Thank you soooo much!!! They work, too😍

David you would have to contact stackcommerce directly to speak to someone about getting a refund on a charge you never made I don't have the phone number but if you Google them you could get the number and they're open I believe until 5:30 or 6 and you can talk with someone then
Yes they are a legitimate company. Perhaps you should go back to the page that you ordered it on, sign in to your account and go to "my orders" and click in the ethical hacker course, then follow the link to your course. Good luck in the class 👍🏼
