paid almost 8000 for cabinets and it came delivered two months later and they would only deliver them to the front steps . The delivery charge was 350. Then upon opening the boxes two cabinet doors were off and one drawer is off and out of alignment. There were chips on the cabinets. I contacted customer service and got hung up on. I called Home Depot and got a call back and an offer of $50. What an insult of a measily 50 dollars the. She increased her offer to 60. They do not deserve business I will try and attach pics .Here is the reply from Craft Maid Hi Craig I spoke with Gail and the final amount we are able to offer is $60. We cannot hire the Home Depot install team to come out to attach the front as they would consider that a repair job and they only do repair jobs on full installs. The repair job cost for them would be $60. Please let us know if you would like us to proceed with crediting you this amount.

I was employed by this company. I never have witnessed such mean, cold hearted and hateful people such as the upper and middle management in this place (Heidi Smith). It is no wonder that they constantly advertise for employment. Worker turnover is huge!!!!! Many days I went home from work feeling I was their personal property, not a hard working employee. We were told on a daily basis of how we were inferior and basically not earning our pay. Employee starting times would change on a daily basis...I seriously believe it was due to the supervisors mood, not the outstanding orders that needed completed. Some days we would be demanded to start an hour early, then only to be sent home two hours early. Well, as we were told....."do it for Kraftmaid".

Good honest company that makes a awesome product with great support. We have their cabinets all over our house. Had a speed bump or 2 (nobody's perfect) and it was handled professionally and resolved both smooth and quick. Very happy customer.
