Just got off the phone with Consultant Raphael. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth. He didn't care for my questions. He got all stern and told me he could only answer a few of my questions and can't sit on the phone to address my concerns and situation unless i choose to hire them. Sorry but i am not going to hire you unless i know you can help me. My case has been dragged on for a long time and is getting complicated and hard to understand. I have a workers comp lawyer but getting left in the dark and scrambling to find answers myself. So i am trying to find a new law representative to take over my case. It has been extremely frustrating to try and find people who will actually do their job to help others and have care for them. WE DON'T SEEK OUT TO HIRE FIRMS AND LAWYERS TO GIVE THEM OUR MONEY JUST TO BE IGNORED AND TREATED CARELESSLY, WE SEEK TO HIRE THEM FOR HELP, GUIDANCE AND ATTENTIVENESS. People best take your money elsewhere if your looking for real help, cause they dont seem to care enough to provide it.

One of the Attorneys returned my call, but Immediately began to Be Very rude with Me. The Only thing he kept asking me was what bodily injury did I have. Then Straight told me If I didn't suffer from any Bodily Injury, Ther was Nothing he could help Me With, He Didn't Even Ask Me My CASE... I had To Forcibly Tell Him What Happened To Me. ... WOW...
