I've never shipped an ocean vessel. However, the customer service is very nice to deal with at Matson so please call them during their business hours. For the car everything had to be removed except for the registration, insurance and one key. Also, I had to take it to be professionally cleaned prior to loading because the undercarriage had to be free of all debris. They are very nice people
Get in touch with Matson tell them the dimensions of the boat they will tell you how much and how long it will take after paying you'll get a booking number after that get the boat to them to be shipped.
