Edit: 2/26/2022 I love this place again. I decided to stop by because I know they have lots of water pipes, and honestly I expected the worst after the last experience I had, but WOW the customer service was amazing this time! The sweet lady was so patient while I looked at easily ten different water pipes. She was so friendly greeted me right away, and the price was AMAZING. You guys have totally redeemed yourselves in my opinion. So much fun stuff in here! I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome! I can't lie I've often driven past this place and wondered if it was even open ( no offense just the building itself and surroundings look a bit dated ) and to my pleasant surprise it was ! Huge selection, anything you could need, rad, super kind and helpful staff but most importantly patient

Brad and Justin outdid themselves this time with the salesperson that they hired. I stopped in on the 7th while killing time while waiting for someone to get off work. The salesperson was so helpful, giving me the chance to view all of the different pieces that I wanted to look at, but also recommendations on pieces that caught their eye as well. I didn't really need anything, but the right salesperson can sell anything to anyone, even if they don't need what they are buying, so I bought a new piece, and a V case for it as well. In my 30 years of customer service, this has been the BEST customer service that I have ever received, regardless of what the service needed was. Thank you
