I called to see if they had a mattress in stock to pick up same day, asked is it flippable yes, get to store no display of mattress no employee approached me, my daughter asks the girl she says my shift is over. Another lady helps me and is polite listening I ask is the mattress flippable since im not able to see it prior to purchase. Yes they all are pull around the side door to load....loaded and its not flippable. At any point they could have said im not sure. Just damn... I needed one that day it was already after 7pm. I called to avoid being in that situation.

I just want to say that I'm highly disappointed in Big lots furniture department they advertise they have someone to deliver and then no one actually really delivers is an outside company that reschedules like three or four times I don't know if it's just this area or the company but it's not a good delivering service Then my boyfriend figures it out and gets it a U-Haul comes in a box and we have to assemble it ourselves you don't really save money you might as well go online and pay a little bit more at Wayfair because they will deliver and set it up for you they charge you $150 extra to deliver

Used to be happy overall with Big lots however as of recently we are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication that exists within the company. We have called on a regular basis to check for the furniture that we have been looking for since before Christmas. Greensburg location tells us they cannot sell us a floor model piece of furniture however the Bradford location tells us that they can. if you're a big corporation shouldn't the rules be the same no matter where you are?

Overall great experience. My only complaint is about empty shelves and no restocking or new items in place of those sold out. I also want to say thank you to Big Lots for being one of the few stores that offered a discount with name badge to those Frontline workers. Too bad today was the last day to receive the discount, especially since pandemic isn't over, but I'm still thankful they did something. Especially since I would have made more on unemployment with the extra $600 weekly during this and been safer staying at home with more money coming in then i actually did working this entire time, being essential.

That's a fairly open question. Mask wearing is mandatory. Hand sanitizer available and wipes for the cart. Capacity limitations. Etc.
