I dropped off a package on June 2, 2022 on my break. It is a return for Amazon. I checked UPS tracking today, June 6, 2022, and it states that the label was created, but package not sent. Called the store, and I got a long story about how they color code packages, blah blah, and they have too many Amazon packages, and not to worry--all I have to do is go on Amazon to enter the tracking number and I will get refund. What? This was a gift, so it does not show up on my order history. I will either use a drop box or drive to New Stanton in the future. Do not trust that your package will be actually sent out at this location.

Today (12-13-22) I stopped at the UPS Store to process a return package. I needed some extra help and Logan was very knowledgeable and helpful and 'stayed with me' until the process was completed. He was a great aid and held in processing my transaction. He presented himself in a most knowledgeable and pleasant manner; and my extension UPS. I would consider him a valuable employee. On Dec 6th ups lost our package which was insured ,we have not received reimbursement for the lost Christmas presents that we had to repurchase we will never send by UPS again Why insure your packages if they won't stand behind it!!!!!!! So now we are out over $300.00 They keep giving us a run around we may have to go to small claims court.

UPS mistakenly delivered a package to my address (wrong address, wrong name, everything). It happens. That part is fine. However, when I tried to return it to the UPS Store to return to sender, an extremely disinterested employee behind the counter refused to allow me to return to sender. He claimed that they cannot do that, despite having done so in the past. If this is a policy change, it is an absurd one. If a delivery service delivers a package to a house that did not consent to its delivery, it should not be the consumer's responsibility to correct this mistake. When I asked the employee to clarify that it's store policy to inconvenience customers further by requiring them to take action to correct their mistakes, he answered "yep." Poor customer service policy, poor employees.

Yes If they are not available our son is one too and will be available after 2 PM today just have to let him know about this topic But yeah we have been by this place for stamps a few days ago
This is a store to drop off,ship,do copies,fax and so much more
They do fingerprinting
All depends on if its a signed package oe not.
