I will speak from my own experience and say that Jacoby and Meyers has the most professional and caring staff. Thank you to everyone who took care of my case. My case manager is Beatriz Vigil and she is awesome. She is always checking on me, making sure I’m happy with any treatment I am receiving. She listens and acts upon any concerns I may have. She is genuinely concerned and I’m grateful to her for getting me great treatment so far. She is not pushy and she is very thorough in getting things done and getting back to me in a timely manner. I am happy I have good representation and I feel very confident that I am being taken care of.

After one year, my case close on or around December 2021. During that time I had the opportunity to speak to multiple people handling and/or assisting with my case. As my case was coming to an end I started to loose patience and at times I was somewhat irritated with the situation. Maybe some can relate. That being said, It’s time to rate Jacoby & Meyers. I have to be fare and take into account the following facts: -everyone I came in contact with was friendly, attentive and professional -they made me feel welcome -they did an amazing job with doctors and specialists appointments -they got me 5 times what I was offered I want to THANK the following people: Xiomara, Beatriz, Mariana M., Ana, Nicole N., Hiral P., and Vilma. Special Thanks to Mariana M. for being super helpful and putting up with me. Always a phone call away. Overall, Jacoby & Meyers did an outstanding job handling my case. I definitely recommend them 😀.
