I called them to see if I wanted to transfer off all my money over to them and make them my new bank and she was evasive and said she cannot divulge whether they outsource the service of their ATMs, lol! She hung up on me when I asked her why she couldn’t tell me if they outsource the service of their ATM’s, lol! Sad state of affairs how low the banks in this country have stooped. Wouldn’t use this bank. Obviously zero customer service or consideration on the first phone call!

By far the worst banking service I have ever experienced. US bank has been a great bank for the last decade to us but this branch is awful. No sense or Understanding of customer service. Wow
