You really need to experience Gunners. Genny will take great care of you as she did us in adjusting for the terrible damage they incurred from a big storm 2 weeks earlier. Something special always happens at Gunners and it is on our MUST visit list for our rides in Pennyslvania.

We really enjoyed eating at Gunners! We visited St. Mary's to see the Elk and Gunners was the perfect local bar for cheap drinks and delicious food! Their specials were good and you can get a Straub's draft for $2.50 if you time it right!

Great food and atmosphere. The place seemed under staffed and food took a while to come out. Staff that was working were very friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable.

I wanted to take a moment and say a few things about this wonderful place and the amazing, kind, generous and hardworking people that own it. I travel for work and come to Saint Mary’s PA often. I’m always hopeful that there are vacancies at Gunners. I’ll spare the long story, but the owners go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The rooms are cozy, the food is Fantastic, the location is as convenient as it can be. If you’re a person that appreciates “grinders” (hardworking people) as the owners put it, then you’ll appreciate this lovely place. I hope you all get the opportunity to enjoy their hospitality, incredible effort and overwhelming kindness.
