In better condition than Twin Oaks used to be but but very expensive to play 18 with a cart. And it's only a nine holer!! There are much better 18 hole courses that are less expensive. Good course for beginners.

Nice course in the back mountain. Prices are good unless you rent a cart, then they are a little pricey. Would be an easy course to walk though. Only 9 holes but you have the option of paying for 18. You will just have to do the same 9 over again.

Nice little course overall. They are working hard to fix it up even more. It's a process. Course was in good shape with the exception of the holes they are working to upgrade (6 and 7, I believe). If you just go to golf and nothing else, bringing your own food/drink, it's fine. 3-1/2 stars As good as the course is, the clubhouse needs work. There's an excellent restaurant above, but it's not open during the day (at least on weekdays, not sure about weekends). The sandwich shop in the basement wasn't up and running, even for sodas, the first time I was there this year. It never was much to write home about, so it was vending machines for us. The outside experience was definitely subpar. First, no carts are allowed in the parking lot, which I've never seen at a small course before. No one is there to help those who need it. There are a few older people I golf with that I would not take to the course because they cannot get their own bag to the cart, and they would be embarrassed to have me do it for them. They'd be upset before we even left the parking lot. The garbage can was completely overflowing by noon. The course wasn't busy, so I wonder if it just wasn't emptied from the previous day. The carts were a mess (cigarette packs, empty bottles, etc.). Took a few tries to find a relatively clean one. The soda machine change return was filled with beetles, so no change for us. We let the beetles keep it. It was a bunch of little things that all together made for a less than perfect experience. That's all too bad. The young woman behind the counter was nice. Quick service. She was working, folding towels and the like, when not handling the register. Took the trash we could not dispose of outside. Just nothing being done outside by whoever was responsible for it. Lots of promise here though. Once they finish renovating the course, if they open the upstairs restaurant for lunch business, figure out how to help people move their bags and clean up a bit, they could have a great thing going.

I will never golf here again. After I paid for my tee time, I asked the women if I could take the golf cart to my car to get my golf bag. She said that was fine. Then after we finished golfing, I was returning the golf cart from the parking lot (I drove it to my car to drop my bags off). A different woman from earlier came out and was yelling at me about taking the cart to the parking lot. I explained to her that the woman at the desk told us we were able to take the cart to the parking lot. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional and would not stop yelling. We were about to eat there for lunch but instead we went to J&Js. Will never give this place business ever again.
