Friendly service, easy access, easy parking. New update inside is very nice, however they have essentislly eliminated all live service. You order and pay via kiosk. No one is available to take orders or sell gift cards.

The drive through situation is horrendous here. Cars are literally stopped on the highway trying to make it into the shopping center (huge safety hazard). To make matters worse, if you make it around the line of cars to go into the store, they are usually closed (saying drive through only). I dont get it. All I want is a large black coffee and I cant even use the store to get it. I usually skip this place now. There are plenty of other places in the area to get a good cup of coffee.

Always busy, but always well staffed and very efficient. I'm never held up there. They are also very good with my dog when he's in the car with me- the workers always have a piece of cheese for him :-)
