Rude employees! Acted like they were doing me a favor. Looked like they were annoyed they had to do their job.

Super rude manager! I confused my Amazon returns and the gentleman helping me snapped at me I have to know what I am returning. The manager came over to assist and treated me the same way. I can see he is learning very poor customer service from his mentor. She snapped at me to step aside so she can help other people until I figure it out. There were two people behind me who could have been helped by another employee. The more impatient she got with me the more uncomfortable I became and fumbled more. Terrible customer service! Before leaving she reminded me again to have my stuff together and ready when coming in. if Amazon did not use UPS I would never visit this store again! One star is too many!

I am always running in-and-out of the UPS store in honesdale for one thing or another especially when it's something I don't understand on the computer I go in there and gthe girls are so helpful and so nice the customer service here is very welcoming

I can honestly say this is my favorite ups store in the nation. I come here for all of my shipping. Everyone I’ve dealt with here is so nice and helpful and double checks addresses and helps me track items previously set. I truly enjoy every interaction I’ve have at this store.
