The staff are rude they do not walk you through your contract well at all. Way over priced and don’t make any loud noise that’s a big problem what a joke of a “gym”

I have been going to Evolve Fitness for about two months now. I really like the place. They have everything you need for working out. I started working out the end of July and my weight was 238lbs. At first I was just walking and then the beginning of August I joined the gym. I used a trainer to get me started on the right way to use the machines. Now at the end of October I am down to 208lbs. Also I now eat right. All the going to the gym and exercising is for nothing if you don't right too. I am 71 years old and if I can do it so can you. Evolve Fitness is the best gym around here and they have been every helpful and incurring. I have found you have to set goals for yourself.

Best gym/fitness establishment I've ever been too. Between free weights and machines you'll crush your workout. Knowledgeable staff. Oh and their smoothies blow away the competition!!

$89 taken out of my bank account without my knowledge. I was told it was for one months fee and service charges for the year. What a bunch of bull. I haven't been to that gym in 7 month. My contract is dated 12/14. During the takeover if everyone remembers correctly, most of the time there was no toilet paper, paper towels, had soap, air condition, machines were breaking down and the tv's didn't work. If you ask me they broke the contract with me. I was told by Kathy, that the computer just caught up. I said she could have notified me my mail, email or by calling my cell to discuss this with me and to let me know it was going to happen . She couldn't find my cancellation agreement with Aim fitness so my contract was not cancelled. She also said she had $20,000 in legal fees from the take over. I guess this is how they are going to pay for that. You just can't treat customers like they don't matter. Kathy was so rude, after I signed the cancellation paper she told me to leave because I was trespassing. Kathy called me later in the day to tell me that an error was made and they owe me $20. When I picked the money up I asked her how she could run a busy like this and treat people so terrible. She walked away and then Liz the co-ower took over talking to me, she was calm and willing to look into this for me. I said, look into what, all you have to do is give me my money back. Obviously I'm an unhappy customer that you treated badly. I would walk away and it will all be over, she said she couldn't do that. I told her to keep the $69 because it will be worth it to spread the word on every social media site and places to leave a review.
