Always a long wait, website states they open at 5am but its not true. They open at 6am at the earliest and I often have to wait 15 mins for them to open then another 15 to get a drink that I may or may not hear called, have had a drink stolen from the counter because they whisper drink orders.

A total disaster! 20 minute wait in line to place an order. Then another 20 minutes waiting for your order which they put on the counter without calling your order number. I had another customer tell me how to go about finding out if my order was ready and then we had to search through all of the drinks on the counter to find my order number! She was waiting on a hot chocolate for over 20 minutes with 3 people behind the counter! Another customer told me that the place is like that constantly but not in those exact words. I would recommend avoiding this location!

My parents spent 29$ for extremely rude service and food and drink that instantly made me sick to my stomach. This location used to be so good. Next time we will be going to McDonald’s.
