Outstanding staff from top to bottom, everyone is helpful. I had one small problem that was instantly corrected and made my stay 5 stars, the reason, because the staff cared that you where comfortable. Best staff I have seen in years and will be back in the future for sure.

This hands down is the BEST place to stay when you visit Pittston PA!!! It’s nice, warm and welcoming. The food and rooms are really nice and clean (even with Covid going around out here in the world they kept it very clean). But for me what makes this place the best is Katie and her wonderful staff! Without them I don’t think my 4-5 weeks there would have been enjoyable! The staff is amazing!! Courteous, kind, caring, friendly and just overall very out going! And it all comes from their awesome manager Katie!!! She is super sweet with and amazing personality and goes way above the call for her staff and her guests… I wouldn’t even call us guests with the way we were treated… I’d say family!!!! Katie and her staff treated us like family!!! Always checking in with us when we came back to the hotel or just taking the time to ask how was our day (and actually wanting to know). Just the little things that made it all the best!!! So with that being said if you want a hotel that will treat you right and that is actually genuine then don’t hesitate and go book your room here I promise you will NOT regret it!!! Absolutely amazing i loved it the bed felt so good the shower was better than most hotels I’ve been too it’s very quiet gave me a good nights rest the breakfast spread was nice I like the sausage! Overall I would recommend this hotel you get what you wanted!

I’ve been here for more than a week, and getting to know Katie and her staff has absolutely been a treat. Every single staff member has been absolutely tentative and accommodating. They serve hot breakfast daily— which is a step up for me considering I typically just get conventional, And they are very personable. It’s the best hotel experience I’ve had in such a long time. Thank you, everyone !
