Dan & Helen Process Are absolutely wonderful people to deal with doing business. They are both educated and knowledgeable about the cub cudet industry and the products that they continue to sell and service each day. They are one of the few that are locally owned and operated. It's like having that mom and pop shop. You get treated like a customer. There is no middle man in your sales or service. It's one of the few places you come as a stranger but when you leave your more like close friends or family. I would highly recommend the Merse J. Process to anyone who is looking for a good quality mower, trimmer, chain saws, blowers, baggers he's got it all.
